Aromas and flavours of tea and spice, flowers and ginger, lemonade, vitamins, daisies and minerals. An enticing flavours package that asks me to keep tasting. So I will. There's a natural spritz on the palate that enhances some of the flavours with acidity not holding back as well. Dry on the finish, a lovely wine with multiple food applications. Well made, natural, fresh and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2026.
